Strip-out, new roof and external decoration
Design and build contract to fully isolate services and entirely strip out Laura Ashley store back to landlords shell and make good. Works included surveying the existing frame and calculating the frames load capacity before upgrading the roof and replacing the mansafe system as well as making good all components of the shell build internally and externally, cleaning and decoration ready for the new tenant.
