Design and build of a new workshop and full CAT-B fit-out

Design and build contract for a new workshop building including initial site remediation and the design and construction of new drainage and attenuation system.  Work included the design and construction of new drainage systems including storm water attenuation, interceptor and Hydrobrake flow control under the new parking area, foundations, portal frame, ground slab, M&E services, new incoming services and a full CAT-B fit-out along with management of client direct contractors.
