The scope of work involved the construction of a significant extension to the existing showroom and workshops and the creation of a new MOT bay.  Following demolition and a full strip-out the modified building was re-clad and refurbished internally.  Modified and refurbished areas included the showroom, workshop, WCs, shower rooms, canteen, MOT bay and valeting bays.  The work was programmed into two phases over 12 months to minimise the impact on business operations.
