Design and build contract to extend and remodel an existing clubhouse, refurbish the inside, form a new bar and welfare facilities, remodel external areas with hard and soft landscaping, refurbish and rebrand an existing grandstand and extend the existing stormwater drainage system before surfacing and white lining the car park.
