Full internal strip-out and demolition before remodelling internal space, including structural changes and construction of new lift shafts

Design and build contract to modify an existing dilapidated building and transform it into a shiny new Maserati dealership.

Work included significant structural alterations to the existing concrete frame to enable the removal of walls and the creation of a vehicle lift across three floors, and a passenger lift that penetrated the existing roof.  Following the structural enabling works we completed a full CAT-B fit-out and re-roofed, re-glazed and re-clad the building envelope to achieve the crisp new look that can now be seen on Ascot High Street.
