Design and construction of a new building and full CAT-B fit-out

Design and build contract for a new Cosmetic Repair facility and the creation of an automatic car wash facility within an existing structure. Work included the design and construction of a new raft foundation and clad portal frame over, with service alternations, new incoming services and a full CAT-B fit-out along with management of client direct contractors.

Proactive daily planning and communication with the client and managing the tight site logistics around the many daily vehicle movements were critical to the success and timely delivery of this project.

Structural and civil design, logistics planning, groundworks, steelwork, cladding, mechanical, electrical, specialist cosmetic repair and spray booths, garage equipment, modification of existing structure and foundations for the new wash bay, doors, security shutters, resin floor, drainage, surfacing, white lining and building control services.
