Internal strip-out and demolition and remodelling of internal space

Design and build contract to merge a number of small rooms into one big presentation space with new personnel and vehicle doors knocked through into a refurbished and restyled atrium.  The project was designed, drawn and constructed to a very tight programme ready for the clients launch event deadline.

Architectural design and development, planning and construction, demolition and strip out, stud partitions, builders work, ceilings, mechanical and electrical, fire alarm,  bespoke joinery, personnel doors and bi-fold doors, tiling, decorating, soft flooring, panelling and coordination of client direct contractors.
