Building alterations & refurbishment

Working on behalf of the landlord to provide a full scaffold access and remove the existing building envelope – cladding, brickwork, glazing and external canopies – and modify the existing steelwork in preparation for a new, reconfigured envelope. New works included installation of piles, underground drainage, feature canopy steelwork, feature brickwork panels, curtain walling, automatic entrance door, new roof sheeting, composite cladding, lightning protection and a feature glass canopy.
