Demolition, excavation, foundations, drainage and structural modifications

The project involved converting an existing building into a specialist Lamborghini workshop, including staff welfare facilities, structural frame modifications and significant ground excavations within the existing building.

After removing the existing floor tiles and drains, excavating through the slab to remove old lift cassettes and to install new cassettes and chasing for services, the challenge was to create a new smooth resin floor to the high standard required.
